Reposting a vintage Retro Rockets…

Happy New Year! I hope everyone had a great holiday season. We
took a break for the holidays and are now busy playing catch up with
all the orders in the hobbyshop. Besides spending time with family,
I’ve been catching up on a lot of busy work that has been piling up.
We made some minor software upgrades in the shop, which should be
virtually unnoticeable. I completely upgraded the software that runs
the main site, including moving to a new server. You should find that
everything is humming along fine. The site is running and responding
considerably faster than it previously did. I’ve also wrapped up all
the end of the year accounting, and completely migrated to new
accounting software.

If you have not made your reservations, now is a good time to get them
for Wonderfest, which is the middle of May. The website is not yet
updated, but don’t wait to long. I highly recommend staying in the
Crown Plaza (formerly the Executive West). There are all sorts of
after hours activities and opportunities to hang with your fellow
model builders. We’ve got rooms for the Cult Suite reserved already.
And we’re in the midst of planning Sci-Fi University with our
friends at Federations Models. www.wonderfest.com is the website.

If you haven’t noticed, we’ve launched a CultTVman You Tube page.
We’re posting clips from the Fantastic Modeling videos, and will
hopefully include some new material…. that is if we can ever get
around to producing it. Please contact me if you want to submit
something! Rob Mattison, the producer of Monster Model Review is
putting these up for me.
