On The Bench 61a: Eric Tetangco’s Star Wars diorama

This week we start off with a diorama by Eric Tetangco.

I thought I was being creative and original when I put these  models together, but I’ve seen at least two other dioramas  from other parts of the country using these same elements. I guess the idea is just obvious!  An Estes model rocket of  Darth Vader’s TIE is bashed just a bit with an Ertl  standard TIE.  The base is welded together from two Ertl TIE bases.
